2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it when necessary.

3. Services and Changes

4. User Content

You retain the rights you have in prompts, uploads, reference media, project materials, and other content you submit to videoai.ai. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment obligations, videoai.ai does not claim ownership of outputs generated for you by the services. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and determining whether they are suitable for your intended use.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, similar to content generated for others, or affected by model limitations. videoai.ai does not guarantee that any output is unique, non-infringing, error-free, or appropriate for a particular purpose.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use videoai.ai to violate laws, infringe rights, impersonate others, deceive people, distribute malware, exploit minors, generate non-consensual intimate content, harass or threaten others, or create content that promotes violence or illegal activity.

You may not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, bypass rate limits, evade safety systems, resell unauthorized access, interfere with the services, or use automated systems in a way that harms videoai.ai or other users.

7. Credits, Subscriptions, and Billing

Certain features require credits, paid plans, or usage-based charges. Prices, included credits, renewal periods, usage limits, and billing terms are shown at purchase or in the product.
